Hi Pete,
We recently stayed at one of the Rosewood hotels at the Mayakoba resort in Mexico. The bed was extremely comfortable and was labelled a “Sealy Posturepedic Rosewood Crest CSS Pillowtop”.
After much research, I cannot find this bed or any clear variation anywhere. Do you have any thoughts on where I could find this bed to purchase?

That mattress model name is for that hotel, which is meant to make it hard to shop.
Sealy makes Posturepedic mattresses without memory foam for hotels…which are not available at retail stores.
All of the Posturepedic mattresses, sold at retail stores, are upholstered with memory foam…the worst upholstery material ever invented. This is not a consumer friendly industry.
To order a similar mattress, you’ll have to buy it through a hotel featuring Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. Not all hotels offer their mattress for sale.
The Fairmont Hotel is one where you can get a similarly made Sealy Posturepedic mattress.
