Hi Pete,
I hope you can help me.
I have a very old Sealy Posturepedic Inverness Plush Queen mattress that finally has given out.
At one time you recommended the Sealy Posturepedic Reserve 7 Plush.
But, I believe that’s no longer being manufactured.
Any recommendations?
I like the firmness of my old mattress, and I flipped it for years.
It’s held up well, but now it’s time to replace it.
I do not want any type of memory foam or any type of mattress that retains body heat.
Thanks, Deborah
Hi Deborah,
In 2013, Sealy was purchased by Tempurpedic.
Almost everything, they then made, was upholstered with memory foam.
The exception was a line of “Classic Posturepedics”, to which you referred.
Those Level E Posturepedics were discontinued a couple of years later.
There are no Sealy Posturepedic mattresses available, at retail, that have no memory foam.
Memory foam is the upholstery material that sleeps hot.
It also causes a mattress to need frequent replacing.
We do carry a line of old fashion, good quality, 2 sided, flippable mattresses.
These mattress are made with no memory foam.
These Wolf Brolynn Two-Sided Mattresses use similar upholstery to that used in your old mattress.
Both these, as yours, use poly foam. Yours was chemical based. These are Natural plant based.

From The Wolf Company we have to offer Old Fashioned Quality Two-Sided, Flippable Mattresses…at a reasonable price.
