I have spent some time reading through the material on your website.
I, much like others, have slept on hotel mattresses that puts my Sleep Number to shame.
My husband and I are ready to purchase a new queen size mattress and are overwhelmed at the endless choices.

I have read all about the terrible memory foam but the three Beautyrest mattresses that you recommend on your site all mention memory foam. I was specifically looking at the Platinum and Black. We are side and back sleepers.
We are regular build at 190, 6′ and 140, 5′ 8″.
We are looking for a soft, sink in cloud like feel, with temperature enhancements to keep moisture free.
Also need to consider not disturbing the other when getting in and out of bed.
With all of this being said, do you have a recommendation? We LOVE the H
I would love a natural product but these are quite pricey!

Hi Beth,
I think your confusion comes from thinking that the hotel Beautyrests are the same as those sold in retail stores. They are not.
Hotel Beautyrests are upholstered with poly foam…petro-chemical based poly foam, which does not sleep hot. Beautyrests made for retail stores are upholstered with memory foam, which does sleep hot.
When we recommend one of our Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, we recommend a latex topper to go with it.
Those mattresses, we memory foam, simply won’t hold up without that latex topper.
And, we rarely recommend a Simmons Beautyrest, even with a topper.
Those recommendations are made for those with Fibromyalgia.
What makes a Beautyrest so comfortable is the individually pocketed coils, which provides contouring support that maintains the natural alignment of your spine.
This type of coil system has been adopted by most mattress manufacturers.
So, to get you into a comfortable mattress that uses this same type of coil system, without the chemical based poly foam, I recommend the Wolf Pocketed Coil/Latex Hybrid Tulah Mattress.
The Tulah model has some poly foam…plant based poly foam, and latex which is far superior to both, poly and memory foam. And, the coils are made of double tempered steel for greater longevity than anything Simmons makes. Simmons uses raw, non-tempered steel to make their coils.
