Hello Pete,
I have been searching for “thee mattress”.
I had a Westin Heavenly bed for 12 years. Loved it until the sagging started only after about 3-4 years, kept it too long.
Now, I have purchased a Saatva.
I have already needed to exchange it for another one and this one is going to be refunded and sent back.
Looking at two now…Natura and Custom Comfort in Pasadena, Ca.
Can you tell me the difference of the two? They both seem to be of excellent materials and quality.
I am needing a cool mattress, as I sleep hot. But it seems neither of the mattresses offer a cooling feature.
Please help.
Thank you, Rocky
Hi Rocky,
Mattresses upholstered with memory foam require a cooling feature, as only memory foam sleeps hot.
When you see a mattress with a cooling feature, be sure to avoid it, as memory foam is also the worst performing upholstery material ever invented.
Latex, conversely, is and has been the best upholstery material for the last 100 years.
Both of the manufacturers you asked about appear to be similar.
Custom Comfort uses Dunlop Latex, while Natura of Canada uses Talalay Latex.
Natura’s latex is made in England.
Many West Coast mattress manufacturers that use latex, get it from China.
Chinese latex is often made with clay as a filler.
You’ll want to check with Custom Comfort about that.
You don’t want Chinese made latex.
My wife and I sleep on the Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush Mattress.
We are, both, over 200 lbs. Our mattress is 5 years old and still in like new condition.
Here is a link to that mattress:

Magniflex Adjustable Bed Base. The Uno Smart adjustable base created by Magniflex is a product of German engineering that has been designed to provide our customers with the highest level of well-being with several benefits to ensure satisfied customers.

This mattress comes with white glove delivery.
Delivery includes setup in your bedroom and removal of your old mattress.
Delivery is free and there’s no sales tax.
We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
Keeping the upholstery materials clean and dry will extend the life of the mattress.
Thanks, Pete
