Yes. You can use a platform bed with a mattress only.
No. You cannot buy a hotel grade Simmons Beautyrest mattress through me, nor at any retail mattress store.
Yes. Simmons mattresses are made differently for hotels than they are for retail stores.
Simmons Beautyrest mattresses made for retail stores are upholstered with memory foam.
Memory foam is specifically designed to cause a mattress to need frequent replacing.
Hotels have long rejected the use of memory foam in their mattresses for that reason.
Since memory foam is the worst upholstery material ever invented, then yes, hotel mattresses without memory foam are better made….much better.
You can buy mattress through many hotels, for which you will pay a premium.
I suggest buying your mattress through Simmons’ Guest Services, directly.
