Hi Pete,
I am allergic to Latex, as in bandages etc. when they touch my skin, it turns red and blisters.
Will mattresses made with latex in them cause any problems or is ok because the latex is covered?
I have a very old Sealy Posturepedic Princess mattress.

What mattress do you recommend to replace the Sealy?
Thanks, Joan
Good Morning Joan,
This Wolf Brolynn Old Fashioned Two-Sided mattress will be most like your old Sealy Posturepedic Princess.
Like that mattress, it has no latex in it…polyurethane foam only.
Unlike your old mattress, the poly foam is plant based, not chemical based.

In response to your question about latex, latex allergies manifest topically.
Mattresses made with latex in them will not cause you to react since it doesn’t come in contact with your skin.
When latex is processed into a foam, so much of the allergen is removed as to render it hypoallergenic.
Furthermore, these Wolf Pocked Coil/Latex Hybrid mattresses are made with synthetic latex.
The allergen was never there to begin with.

Of these, the Tulah model is the more comfortable.
Shipping is free and there’s no sales tax.
Thanks, Pete
