There is no equivalent.
Your mattress has a continuous wire coil system, which was not the best choice when compared to the Simmons individually pocketed coil system or the Sealy Posturetech coil system.
You can buy a Serta Perfect Sleeper with the continuous wire unit today, but the upholstery will be memory foam instead of the polyurethane foam used in your mattress.
Memory foam is the worst upholstery material ever invented.
The investment group that bought Serta and Simmons use memory foam in every mattress they make today…none of which are worth buying.
Memory foam is specifically designed to cause a mattress to need frequent replacing.
It sleeps hot and off gasses the toxic chemicals from which memory foam is made.
Memory foam is thee thing to avoid in order to make a successful long term purchase.
The closest you’ll be able to get is the Wolf Brolynn Old Fashioned Two Sided Mattress that uses an individually pocketed coil unit and polyurethane foam upholstery. You’ll want to order that in “Plush”.
