There are a few 2 sided mattresses available, but none that will support a woman your size for very long.
We have outfitted many large people, with my heaviest customer topping more than 500 lbs.
My recommendation comes in two parts.
1) A mattress strong enough to support your weight.
2) A soft latex topper to provide you surface comfort.
The latex will absorb some of your body weight, which saves the mattress.
As the years go by, you’ll have to replace the topper from time to time…but the mattress will last you for many years.
