It was, definitely, just shoved in the moving pod during a cross country one week move.
Now the mattress has a bulge in the middle and a sag on one side.

Good Morning Daniel,
It’s possible to fix it, if the coils were simply pushed out of position.
Push the coil back into position from the flip side.
If that works for you then you won’t need to replace it.
Find your receipt for that mattress to file a claim with the moving company.
Before doing anything with the mattress, take photos of the damage.
You may need those photos for a damage claim.
