But, I wasn’t able to get confirmation on the firmness from the dealer.
The mattress won’t be delivered for another 2 weeks.
I have hip and shoulder pain and I need a mattress on the softer side.
Will this mattress work for me?

I’m sorry to be the one to tell you, but no mattress that’s upholstered with memory foam will last very long.
It’ll feel good in the beginning, but memory foam is specifically designed to cause a mattress to need frequent replacing.
