We stayed in a hotel that used this mattress and had great sleep.

Both mattresses are about the same age…yours and the hotel’s.
The hotel mattress has no memory foam in it. Yours does.
The hotel mattress has lasted longer for 2 reasons.
1. No memory foam.
2. Part time use…hotel rooms are filled on a rotating basis.
Since those mattresses were made, a lot has changed.
Simmons is now owned by an investment group.
All of their mattresses are now upholstered with memory foam…and a much lower grade of memory foam than what was used in your mattress.
You’d be lucky to get a couple/few years from any Beautyrest made today…even at your light body weights.
What makes a Beautyrest so comfortable is the individually pocketed coils, which provide contouring support that maintains the natural alignment of your spine.
My recommendation is the Wolf Old Fashioned Two Sided Brolynn Mattress in Plush.
This mattress used an individually pocketed coil system and has NO Memory Foam.
You can expect many years of supportive and comfortable sleep.
