How are you able to roll a mattress with the steel coils? Doesn’t that contort the coils?

They have a special machine that bags, shrink-wraps the mattress and then rolls it.

No. There’s no damage to the coils.

They’ve been packing and shipping these mattresses that way for many years. It’s nothing new.

A Platform Bed is good support for any mattress.

The warranty of the mattress is only voided when you use an old box spring.
