They feature a certified organic cotton double knit zippered cover that adds to the pressure reliving properties of latex.
These latex toppers are available in your choice of comfort: Soft, Medium Soft, Extra Soft

Was put off by the price, but after having bought a memory foam topper and a MyPillow topper, that is made of god knows what type of foam. This one did the trick. My wifes pressure point pain and my back pain is gone. I've had this topper for a little over a month and look forward to going to bed every night.
